Drawing was done professionally and I got respond and call back for all my questions. we went to Committee of adjustment due to some extra GFA, but they managed to represent us very well and we got the approval.later on during the construction we had to do few revisions and they took care of it in a timely manner as requested by the city. "We've been using Memar now for two years and he's done a great job with all the drawings. Permits are usually done first shot. As the GC for many projects ranging from garages to resturants Sean will do what it takes to get the job done right.For small additions or garages permits are done in a couple of weeks. We've used other engineers in the past, yes they can get the permits but when you need an adjustment, change or site visit - its next to impossible - not with Sean's crew. "I contracted Memar in July to complete drawings for a new garage and simple 2nd floor extension. They quickly scheduled their measurement team to complete the "as-is" measurements the following week. We met to describe the renovations and view the "as-is" drawings the 2nd week and the completed drawings were available soon afterwards. All completed professionally and in under 4 weeks. They were always available by phone and helped me through my permit application. There were two variations that the city highlighted in initially rejecting my permit. Memar spoke directly to the city planner, made the necessary drawing updates and verbal clarifications. My permit was issued without any additional resubmission fees from Memar or the city.
